Here at RR Therapy Consulting, we want to help you make more income at your private practice!
I get it. I've been there.
You started a private practice because you LOVE what you do
You want to help families by taking medical insurance because EVERYTHING is so expensive
But...having to accept low insurance rates means that you can't have a successful business AND pay your employees a fair rate.
This is where I come in - to teach you how to negotiate for better rates!
Are you unsure where to begin when figuring out how to negotiate?
THIS COURSE IS FOR YOU:
You are afraid to start taking insurance at your practice due to stories about low reimbursement rates
You already take commercial insurance, and the rates are way too low to support yourself and your business
You already take commercial insurance and the rates in your market are too low to pay your employees fairly
You accept insurance, but you are unable to purchase quality materials and continuing education for yourself or your employees due to the low amount insurance pays you
This course is NOT for you if:
You don't have 30 minutes to learn the ins and outs of negotiating insurance rates
You think that insurance is going to magically increase your rates without some work from your end
You don't have time to do a rinse and repeat method for each insurance you work with
You don't have time to build relationships with your representative at each commercial insurance company

MY STORY
I started out like many practice owners—frustrated by fluctuating and, in some cases, decreasing rates.
This often meant either increasing costs for families already stretched thin or absorbing the loss internally.
Our therapists work too hard for their pay not to reflect their expertise, and no family should have to choose between finances and their child’s care.
I was determined to find a way to increase our rates - without overburdening clients or shortchanging my hardworking team.
So, I dove into the research.
My first negotiation took six months—filled with trial and error, endless phone calls, emails, and consultations with colleagues.
The next took five months—an improvement, but still an exhausting process. I learned a lot, but it shouldn’t have been that difficult.
This is why I developed this course—because it shouldn’t be this hard! I want to share proven strategies to help you navigate this process with confidence and success.
The who, the what, and the where of the basics to get started and how to collect this information
The ins & outs on data you need to collect to move on to your next steps of the process
Creating a request they can't say 'no' to
The additional research & items to consider in the final step to compose your request

PERCENT
Highest percentage increase in rate that I have negotiated over the years.
I spent ONE year figuring out the process - even with your busy schedule you could get through the course information in as quickly as a day.
Individual rate negotiations have ranged from an increase of $9 to $40.
Percentage increase in rates have ranged from 13% to 52%.

The numbers shown on the graph are based off of insurance carrier rates before and after negotiations. They reflect 35 treatments a week x 48 weeks in the year. These are real rate increases that I negotiated for my practice and the reflected increase in revenue. Pretty incredible, right?
"I just got a significant raise with **** insurance company. I fought like a dog, but finally got there and your template made a big difference, I believe. Our rep referenced it periodically on our call and also when I countered. Thanks so much for the help Rebecca!"
